Shanhe Intelligent Accelerates the Layout of the African Market

The third China Africa Economic and Trade Expo (referred to as the "Expo") will be held in Changsha from June 29th to July 2nd. In recent years, the economic and trade exchanges between Changsha, Hunan and the African continent have entered a fast lane. With high-performance products and high-quality services, Shanhe Intelligent is increasing its exploration of the African market. Mining equipment such as rock drilling rigs and mining excavators, as well as rotary drilling rigs, sliding loaders, cranes, and high-altitude machinery, continue to be exported to Africa.

Africa has abundant types of mineral resources and large reserves. Shanhe Intelligent is an international brand supplier of complete mining equipment for drilling, excavation, transportation, selection, and smelting, providing complete and differentiated equipment for different types of mineral resources. It is reported that Shanhe Intelligent is one of the earliest construction machinery manufacturers to enter Africa with Chinese overseas engineering contracting enterprises. As early as 2008, we collaborated with China Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd. to participate in engineering projects in Nigeria and established a company in Nigeria to provide services and accessories for equipment. Afterwards, mountain and river equipment successively entered countries such as Algeria, Zambia, Tanzania, and South Africa. In 2016 and 2017, Shanhe Intelligent's rotary drilling machines and excavators participated in the construction of Kenya's "Mombasa-Nairobi Railway" and "Mombasa Malaysia Railway".

With the implementation of the national "the Belt and Road" policy and the expansion of China's investment in Africa, Shanhe Intelligent has extended its business in Africa to North Africa, East and West Africa and South Africa. Shanhe Intelligence has accumulated and developed rapidly, opening a new chapter in its steady pace in Africa since 2019.

Shanhe Intelligent officially confirmed its agent to enter the South African market in 2019, and subsequently established a South African subsidiary with a complete machine and accessory warehouse. At present, Shanhe Intelligent has dozens of large mines in South Africa, with a value of over 100 million, with local foreign clients accounting for over 90%. 2021 is clearly an accelerating year for Shanhe Intelligent to enter the African market. In August alone, Shanhe Intelligent had 10 transportation vehicles loaded with complete rock drilling equipment and accessories, departing from Shanhe Industrial City located in Changsha Economic Development Zone, crossing the ocean and heading to the African market. In 2021, the number of excavators exported by Shanhe Intelligent to Africa increased by 67% year-on-year.
